Access Rights
JRTN ensures the long-term availability of every published article through a layered digital preservation strategy. Redundant archiving across independent systems means that content remains accessible even if any single platform becomes unavailable.
Preservation Infrastructure
Articles are archived in multiple independent systems simultaneously.
Distributed preservation network operated by the Public Knowledge Project. Content is replicated across member institutions and automatically validated for integrity.
Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe. Content is continuously replicated across a global network of library servers with cryptographic integrity verification.
Full-text articles and article landing pages are crawled and preserved by the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine and open library systems.
Article metadata and full text are indexed by Google Scholar, providing an additional discovery and access layer independent of the journal's own platform.
Accepted articles may be deposited by authors in Zenodo, CERN's open-access repository, with a separate DOI assigned for the repository record.
Pekam Era Watnegeri maintains independent off-site backups of all published content, including full-text PDFs, XML, and supplementary files.
Persistent Identifiers
Every published article receives a permanent, globally resolvable identifier.
DOI Assignment
Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) upon publication. The DOI is registered through CrossRef and permanently links to the article's canonical landing page on the JRTN platform. DOIs are included in all metadata submissions to indexing databases.
URL Stability
Article URLs are structured to remain stable over time. JRTN maintains permanent redirects for any URL changes and commits to resolving all previously assigned DOIs for the lifetime of the journal.
Continuity Commitment
Perpetual access guarantee
In the event that JRTN ceases operations, all published content will be transferred to one or more of the registered archive services listed above. The journal will not be discontinued without a transition plan that ensures continued public access to all previously published articles.
